Declaration on accessibility

ilogs smartwear GmbH endeavours to make its online services accessible in accordance with Section 15b of the Upper Austrian Anti-Discrimination Act and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This accessibility statement applies to the website:
www.mynextring.com

The website is based on the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) to ensure the widest possible accessibility for all users.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is partially compliant with the above requirements.
The partial compatibility results from the fact that some content is not yet fully accessible. However, numerous improvement measures have already been implemented.

Accessibility measures implemented

The following points have already been realised:

  • Contrast changer: A switch (bottom right) allows you to switch to a high-contrast display with a ratio of at least 4.5:1.
  • Alternative texts for images: All images have meaningful, descriptive alternative texts.
  • Keyboard operability: All relevant links, form elements and buttons can be used entirely by keyboard in a logical sequence.
  • Focus visibility: When navigating using the keyboard, you can clearly see which element currently has the focus.
  • Skip links: Skip links allow direct access to main areas such as the menu, content and footer.
  • Screen reader compatibility: Improved semantic structure and ARIA hints facilitate use with screen readers.
  • Zoom capability on mobile devices: for improved readability.
  • Text enlargement is not additionally offered, as all common browsers provide a zoom function (e.g. via CTRL/CMD +).
Barriers that still exist

Some content is currently not yet fully accessible, e.g:

  • Old texts of images that are available but have not yet been formulated in a meaningful and contextualised way in all cases.
  • Some PDF and Office documents are not accessible. For new documents, care is taken to make them as accessible as possible or to provide the essential information in an accessible form.

We are working on further reducing these barriers in the future and making the content as fully accessible as possible.

Preparation of this declaration

This declaration was prepared on 1 June 2025.
The website was tested for accessibility using the WAVE Accessibility Tool, axe DevTools and manual keyboard and screen reader navigation.
